Home Accessibility Score provides accessibility assessments for residential properties listed on Rightmove. Our service analyses properties based on factors including proximity to healthcare, public transport, property features, and other accessibility considerations.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, you acknowledge that:

• Our data is sourced from third parties including Google Maps, government registers (EPC data), and property listings
• Third-party data may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
• Walking times are estimates based on standard calculations and may not reflect actual conditions
• Property features are extracted from listing descriptions and may not be comprehensive
• Accessibility scores are indicative assessments, not professional surveys

3. Account Registration

To access our full service, you must create an account and subscribe. You agree to:

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our service is offered on a subscription basis:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods
