Welcome to Home Accessibility Score. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Our Service
Home Accessibility Score provides accessibility assessments for residential properties listed on Rightmove. Our service analyses properties based on factors including proximity to healthcare, public transport, property features, and other accessibility considerations.
Important: Our assessments are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Always conduct your own due diligence and seek professional advice before making property decisions.
2. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, you acknowledge that:

- Third-party data may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
- Walking times are estimates based on standard calculations and may not reflect actual conditions
- Property features are extracted from listing descriptions and may not be comprehensive
- Accessibility scores are indicative assessments, not professional surveys
We recommend always verifying important details independently, including by visiting the property in person and consulting with appropriate professionals.
